My experience

I have worked with displaced populations from Egypt, Iran, Iraq, genocide survivors from Sudan and children of holocaust survivors. I have witnessed the transformation of domestic violence survivors, those who came out alive after single incident and complex trauma, neglect abandonment, the harrows of drug dens and sex rings. I have learned so much as I sat and beared witness to their soul, their suffering, and their fortitude.

What I’ve witnessed

Resilience and strength are often earned through the most devastating and horrific events. It does not always feel like a badge of honor. Yet, through the transformation of the body and mind you can move forward, live a life of value and meaning, find community, and hit pause on the pain from the past.

How I work

There are no secrets too shameful to evolve in the light. I have heard so much from the clients I’ve served, and I know there’s more to hear. Let me sit beside you as we find the safe way to unpack what’s been taken from you and refill that emptiness with something that’s yours. You can feel in control and safe. Your path forward will be personalized and guided by the gold standard of what actually helps people be in the present again. We will integrate IFS, EMDR, somatic experiencing, DBT, and mindfulness. We will also integrate you. You don’t have to feel deserving to be deserving. Let’s begin.

Our focus is on helping you feel safe and confident as you move forward in your life.

Somatic Therapy

Do you feel like your body is holding onto pain your mind can’t explain? Maybe you’re stuck in patterns that no longer serve you; emotionally reactive, disconnected from your body, or overwhelmed in your relationships. I help people heal from trauma, navigate complex family dynamics, and create more authentic, connected relationships—starting from the inside out. My approach is holistic and somatic, blending brain-body healing to bring your nervous system into balance and help you feel at home in yourself again.
